Gwen expertly guided my family and I through the busy streets of Edinburgh and imparted all kinds of interesting facts and suggestions on where to eat and shop. I communicated with her prior to the tour to customise our itinerary so we could see the spots we were interested in visiting. She was patient, attentive and accommodating, especially to someone in my group who has mobility issue. Her flexibility in changing the itinerary during the tour, when we discussed something else of interest, was much appreciated. She also took the time to prepare custom packages of leaflets, guides and maps and other useful information for our visit (and perhaps a return visit in the future). Gwen
